Güzin Pala
Chairman of the Board
Guzin graduated from the Istanbul University French Language and Literature department in 1989. In 1990 she joined PFA Sigorta A.Ş. Reinsurance department and specialized in the fields such as Treaty, Special Risks, Facultative, and Technical Accounting.
In 1993 Guzin joined İmtaş Sigorta A.Ş. (UAP) and within the scope of mergers accumulated 25 years of experience and 29 years in total on reinsurance in Nordstern Sigorta A.Ş., AXA Oyak and AXA Sigorta until her retirement in 2019. Guzin also served as consultant in MBask, a subsidiary of AXA in Baku Azerbaijan. Since 2023 Guzin has been providing technical advisory and training for insurance companies.
Guzin is fluent in English and French.

Ece Öcal
Board Member
She graduated from the Department of Operational Statistics at Middle East Technical University. She began working in the reinsurance and special risks department at Oyak Sigorta A.Ş. in 1990. She held management positions in the reinsurance and corporate customer technical departments at Universal Sigorta until 2004 and, for a long time, at Garanti Sigorta A.Ş.
Seeking to specialize in a specific field, she began working as a liability insurance manager at AIG Türkiye in 2004. She received specialized training at AIG in Dubai and New York, providing training to brokers on product liability and product recalls in the Turkish insurance sector. She worked as a liability insurance manager at AIG Türkiye and Allianz Insurance until 2011.
From 2011 to 2015, she continued to work as a senior manager in sales, marketing, technical, and reinsurance at Halk Sigorta and Koru Sigorta. Since 2016, she has been providing consultancy services to insurance companies and brokers on liability insurance and reinsurance.

Ceyda Kinay

She graduated from Çukurova University's Faculty of Economics in 1989. She received her master's degree in Insurance from Marmara University's Faculty of Banking and Insurance in 1993, completing her thesis on "Determination of Reinsurance Amount in Reinsurance." She completed his MBA in Insurance and Finance at New York College of Insurance in 1995.
Between 1989 and 2012, she worked at Başak Sigorta A.Ş. and Benfield Reinsurance Broker, companies focusing on reinsurance. In April 2012, she left his position as Head of Global Corporate - Deputy General Manager at Zurich Sigorta and started working freelance.
She continued her career in a different field by signing a franchise agreement in the food industry. Since 2017, she has been providing reinsurance consultancy services and reinsurance training to various insurance companies.
She speaks English.
